Refund and Returns Policy 

We strive for customer satisfaction and hope that you will be happy with My Food Navigation test. If you choose not to proceed with your order we will offer you a full refund provided that you notify us of your decision to cancel your order within 24 hours of placement.

You have 24 hours from the time you purchase to cancel your order for a refund, after 24 hours there will be no refunds.

To claim your refund, please email our customer service department at questions contact@myfoodnavi.com and provide the following details:

  • Name used to purchase
  • Email address used to purchase
  • Order number
  • Transaction amount
  • Date of purchase

Please remember that it can take 7-14 business days after we have processed a refund payment for it to appear on your credit card statement. All refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days.
